Wilkes-Barre prepares for Harris campaign rally this evening

Vice President Kamala Harris' will hold her first Northeast Pa campaign rally tonight in Wilkes Barre. Harris is set to take the stage in Wilkes University's McHale Gymnasium around 7pm Friday evening after kicking off her "New Way Forward" campaign. The Vice President plans to address the contrast between the Harris-Walz vision versus Donald Trump's and JD Vance’s and reach other voters. Expect parking restrictions in the downtown this afternoon and evening, along with rolling rollblocks from the airport on I-81 to Wilkes-Barre prior to the 7pm start time, and following the event.
