Charges will be filed against a Wayne County woman following a dog attack on two women, earlier this week. One of the women was mauled so badly by the dogs, that she had to have her arm partially amputated. State Police at Honesdale responded to a report of multiple dogs attacking 2 women along Iroquois Path in Lehigh Township early Monday morning. Lori Mulvey, the owner of the dogs, was evicted from her home where the attack happened, had left her dogs at the residence. The dogs involved in the attack were euthanized.
