The day is an effort described by mentalhealthaction.net that aims to bring awareness to taking action surrounding mental health and “encourages and empowers people to take action for themselves, for their loved ones, or for their community according to their personal preferences.”

In honor of the day, we’re revisiting some advice shared by our favorite stars at the 2021 I’m Listening broadcast on how they take action to ensure mental health is a top priority.
