The Sandals Resorts Prize Package can be redeemed for Sandals Resorts in Jamaica including Sandals Ochi, Sandals Dunn’s River, Sandals Negril, Sandals Royal Plantation, Sandals Montego Bay, Sandals South Coast, Sandals Royal Caribbean, or Beaches Resorts in Jamaica including Beaches Negril Resort & Spa. The accommodations include one (1) double occupancy room in a deluxe category room, all meals, unlimited premium brand liquors, daily & nightly entertainment, an array of land and water sports activities, including daily scuba diving (for certified divers), snorkeling, Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas, resort taxes, resort gratuities, and Sandals Resorts/Beaches Resorts transfers to and from the resort’s designated airport. The winner will receive a stipend of $1,000USD provided in the form of a check. The stipend is intended to be used towards round-trip airfare in conjunction with the Beaches or Sandals Resorts Prize Certificate. If the total cost of the round-trip airfare exceeds the stipend amount of $1,000 USD toward airfare for two (2) the winner will be responsible for covering any additional costs. All guests are responsible for checking the travel and entry protocols for the destination that they are travelling to before they depart and ensuring that they fully understand and comply with any such protocols. For example, some destinations, may require guests to be fully vaccinated and/or to obtain a negative PCR Covid-19 test a certain number of days pre and post travel. All guests are advised to visit the travel.gov website before travel and to check the official Government website for the country they are visiting. Neither Unique Travel Corp and/or Sandals Resorts or Beaches Resorts shall be responsible for any additional costs incurred for any required test or any other pre-travel requirements. The Winner and any guest if applicable, must comply with any and all COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, safety and related requirements imposed or required by (if applicable) the Station, the venue, event promoter, sponsors, travel providers, hotels, governmental authorities or others in connection with the receipt, use, and redemption of the Prize. Refusal to comply with all applicable COVID-19requirements will result in forfeiture of the Prize and no replacement or alternate Prize will be provided. All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Station and its sponsors. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellations due to any pandemic or epidemic constituting a public health emergency, including those subject to government mandated quarantines, travel restrictions, or stay-at-home orders. The Station and/or its sponsors shall in no way be responsible under any circumstances whatsoever for replacing, and/or for reimbursing any Winner with any form of compensation for, any Prize or portion thereof forfeited due to the refusal of the Winner and/or their guest to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements and/the cancellation of any event, nor will any alternate Prize be provided. The prize winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability of Release, and their adult travel companion a Travel Companion Form. For Beaches Resorts, a parent or legal guardian will have to sign on behalf of any minor child travelling. Anything outside of the airfare allotment is the winner’s responsibility. Winner is responsible for using the airfare allotment to cover all flight-related costs, baggage fees, penalties, etc., levied by the airline prior to, on the day of, or after the flight, above the $1,000 USD flight stipend provided for airfare from the Jamaica promotion. The winner is responsible for booking their own airfare on any airline of their choice. No additional funds will be awarded to the winner if the airfare for two exceeds the stipulated flight amount. Any applicable additional costs, including but not limited to seat assignment, baggage fees, etc., are determined by the selected airline and will be the responsibility of the prize winner. Resort stays must be booked followed by airfare. Airfare and/or resort certificate cannot be transferred to a second party, cannot be extended beyond the prize expiration date, and is valid for the destination of resorts outlined in the terms and conditions. Please note that once flights have been confirmed, any penalties for changes to the reservation/itinerary will be the responsibility of the prize winner. Any federal, state and/or local taxes applicable to the prize package will be the Winner’s responsibility to pay.
