The post included four casual, hoodie-donned shots of the couple giggling and smiling, one of which also featured Lohan’s ring.

The caption said simply, “My love. My life. My family. My future. #love”

Lohan, 35, whose earlier career was spent in the public eye, has kept pretty quiet for the past few years, with a simple reference to Shammas as her “boyfriend” in an Instagram post from her last year that was soon deleted.

Earlier this year, fans were excited to hear she would be back starring in an as-yet-unnamed Netflix Christmas movie coming in 2022. The streaming giant shared the news on Instagram, writing “She’s back! Here is your first look at Lindsay Lohan in her upcoming holiday rom-com, co-starring Chord Overstreet.”

The currently untitled film follows Lohan as a “newly engaged and spoiled hotel heiress” who gets into a skiing accident and has a case of “total amnesia” ahead of the Christmas holiday.

Overstreet stars as the “handsome, blue-collar lodge owner” that takes care of her.

Lohan’s last major role was in 2013’s “The Canyons,” directed by Paul Schrader and written by Bret Easton Ellis.
