An Evergreen container ship (similar to the one pictured) remains stuck, blocking the Suez Canal in Egypt and disrupting one of the busiest channels for commercial shipping in the world.
Earlier this week, a strong gust of wind blew the ship sideways and it ran aground. It has remained lodged between both sides of the canal since, and officials say it may be weeks before they're able to get the ship freed.
About 30% of the world's container traffic uses the canal. And while less than 5% of the global petroleum product supply travels through it, it's still enough to have an impact on gas prices.
