(Plainfield, Conn./WTIC) - A man and woman are under arrest in Plainfield after officers say they assaulted another person using pepper spray earlier this week.
Just before 9:00 last night, officers arrested 28-year-old Angelica Mitchell and 25-year-old Matthew Mineau, both of Brooklyn, Connecticut.
According to police, the victim told them he was assaulted with the pepper spray before the two robbed him of a large sum of money on Monday.
Both suspects area facing robbery, larceny, and disorderly conduct charges.
Each is being held on a $100,000 bond and they'll be arraigned Monday in Danielson Superior Court.
