ANSONIA, Conn. (WTIC) - Ansonia police have made an arrest in connection with the September crash that killed a 78-year-old man.
24-year-old Zachary Mercer of Hamden has been charged with several offences, including misconduct with a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with out of state plates.
Police say Mercer's vehicle did not pass inspection in Connecticut, so he registered the vehicle in Texas.
