TORRINGTON, Conn. (WTIC Radio)_ The Torrington man who allegedly exposed himself to young school girls on Monday is scheduled to appear in court today.

The Torrington Police Department says 32-year-old Kevin Chapin allegedly called young girls walking to school over to his white S.U.V., where he exposed himself with his pants down.

There was no indication the man was attempting to lure them into his vehicle.

Witnesses were able to provide a license plate number that led authorities to Chapin.

Chapin faces three counts of risk of injury to a minor and two counts of breach of peace.

He is being held on a $100,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Torrington Superior Court today.
