(Storrs, Conn./WTIC) - The UConn football team is the recipient of a $1 million gift from a graduate.
The gift comes by way of Chris Fraser, who graduated in 1980 with degrees in chemistry and business administration.
The school's athletic department says the money will be used for new lockers and other upgrades at the Burton Family Football Complex.
Fraser is the recently retired president, CEO, and chairman of KMG Chemicals.
