SHELTON, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - An alleged bomb maker wanted by law enforcement in Pennsylvania has been arrested in Shelton.Police say Carl Roberts, 26, of Pennsylvania was arrested Tuesday after authorities received a tip that he was staying at a residence in the city.Roberts faces charges in Sugarcreek Borough, Pennsylvania of weapons of mass destruction, risking catastrophe, and recklessly endangering another person, said police.In Connecticut, Roberts is charged as a fugitive from justice. He was held on $250,000 bond pending arraignment in Derby Superior Court Thursday.
