Arrest In Deadly West Hartford Hit-And-Run

WEST HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - West Hartford police have made an arrest in a deadly hit-and-run crash from earlier this year.  Sharon Esson, 52, of Hartford turned herself in Wednesday to face a charge of evading responsibility involving a death. Police say she struck 19-year-old Issac Alvarez of Hartford, who was found in the area of Albany Avenue off Bainton Road April 10. His body was found by a jogger.Though the investigation is ongoing, police say no additional arrests are expected.
