(HARTFORD,Conn./WTIC) - Hartford Police have made an arrest in an April homicide on Pavilion Street.37 year old Osafa Williams of Hartford is accused of shooting Derrick Nichols multiple times shortly after noon on April14. Nichols was transported to St. Francis Hospital, where he died a short time later.
During the investigation evidence was seized and analyzed , video was recovered and reviewed and probable cause was established, resulting in Williams' arrest Friday,
Williams is charged with Murder,Criminal Possession of a Firearm and Possession of a Pistol Without a Permit.
Bond was set at $750,000.
