
TRUMBULL, Conn. (WTIC Radio)_ An unhappy diner allegedly assaulted an employee at a restaurant in the Westfield Trumbull Mall.
The Trumbull Police Department alleges 18-year-old Hilary Nolasco-Delobre of Bridgeport was part of a group of five around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon at Sarku Japan Restaurant. Nolasco-Delobre complained about the portion size of the food she received and got into an argument with a staff member.
Nolasco-Delobre allegedly jumped over the service counter and attacked the employee.
Police add 26-year-old Davon Myles of Bridgeport, with other group members, began throwing food and napkin containers, resulting in about $1,100.00 in damage and lost revenue.
The victim of the assault was not injured.
Both Nolasco-Delobre and Myles were charged with second degree Breach of Peace and were released on a promise to appear in court later in January.
