NEW HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - A man is dead after state police say he collided with an SUV vehicle in New Hartford Wednesday, while biking on West Hill Road. Just after 7:30 p.m, 51-year-old Steven Quinn of Colebrook was headed eastbound on West Hill at a high rate of speed down a steep curve, said troopers.Investigators say Quinn lost control of the bike and collided with an Acura MDX headed in the opposite direction. He was pronounced dead at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital. The driver and a passenger in the SUV vehicle weren't injured.
