TORRINGTON, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Torrington police are investigating the discovery of a body in the Naugatuck River. The discovery was made Wednesday morning near Riverside Avenue.
The Connecticut State Police Dive Team has been called in to help recover the body, said police.
The identity of the deceased was not immediately available. The investigation is ongoing, said police.
