PLAINVILLE, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - A Bristol woman is dead after state police say her car rear ended an SUV stuck in traffic congestion on Route 72 in Plainville Thursday night.Waleska Otero, 26, was pronounced dead at the Hospital of Central Connecticut in New Britain, said state police.Troopers say Otero's Nissan Sentra struck a Chevy Tahoe from behind shortly before 7 p.m. on the eastbound side of the highway approaching the Forestville Avenue exit.
