ENFIELD, Conn. (WTIC Radio)_ Enfield Police are investigating a suspicious, untimely death.
Police went to perform a well-being check on Second Avenue on Tuesday night. Officers noted forced entry and, upon going inside, found a 79-year-old resident dead inside. The victim's identity has not yet been released.
Enfield Police Chief Alaric Fox says authorities are looking to speak with a relative of the victim, identified as 35-year-old Anthony Ward.
The victim's car, a 2013 Black Toyota Corolla, has been reported stolen. It has Connecticut registration AS-63916.
