HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio)_ Hartford Police are investigating a fatal accident on New Britain Avenue.
The crash between a motor vehicle and a moped was reported early Tuesday morning at 12:48 a.m. The operator of the motor vehicle remained on-scene.
New Britain Avenue will be closed between Broad Street and Washington Street for several hours.
