GLASTONBURY, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - A teenage girl has turned herself in to face charges in connection with a deadly hit-and-run crash in Glastonbury earlier this year.Police say the 17-year-old, who lives in town, struck and killed 84-year-old Valda Dienavs, as the elderly woman was getting her mail on Griswold Street on the afternoon of January 23.The teen, whose name has not been released, faces charges of negligent homicide with a motor vehicle, evading responsibility and failure to drive right. She's free on $1,000 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on April 22.
