HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio)_ Hartford Police arrest a suspect in connection with a Thursday night shooting on Capitol Avenue.
Officials say the male victim was shot in the area of Capitol Avenue at James Street and Heath Street. He is reported to be concious and alert.
About an hour later, Police arrested the suspect wearing a bright-colored face mask. The firearm allegedly used in the shooting was also found.
