HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Hartford police have identified the man who was found shot twice in a building on Laurel Street Tuesday night.
Carl Spence, 30, of Hartford was identified Wednesday morning by police.
It is the city's first homicide of the year.
The investigation is ongoing. So far, there have been no arrests.
