HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Hartford police have made an arrest in a 2017 murder on Sumner Street.Police have charged Javon Boderick, 31, of Hartford in the July, 26, 2017 fatal shooting of Jordan Williams.Boderick was picked up on Saturday without incident with the help of U.S. Marshals, said police.He is charged with murder and criminal possession of a firearm-- held on $1.5 million bond.Police say Boderick is a convicted felon with two prior firearm arrests and convictions in Hartford.
