HEBRON, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Homes on Hickory Drive in Hebron were evacuated Monday morning, because of a "non-compliant individual" according to state police.Troopers were helping a state marshal, on a civil matter, they said.There were no immediate reports of injuries.
The matter was resolved without further incident, state police tweeted around noon.
One person was taken into custody.
