CHESTER, Conn. (WTIC Radio)_ State Police identify the man killed Saturday evening in a crash on Route 9 Southbound in Chester.
49-year-old Anthony Rock of Killingworth was traveling in the left lane near exit 7, around 5:12 p.m., when his 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan veered off the highway.
Rock was killed when his van went up an embankment, struck a rock ledge, and overturned.
Troop F is investigating.
