(New Haven, Conn./WTIC) - Police in New Haven have released the name of one of the suspects who allegedly stole a vehicle with two children inside this week.
Eighteen-year-old Dulyn Foreman is charged with theft of a vehicle and other offenses tied to the incident that occurred Wednesday evening.
Police were called a little after 5:00 p.m. to Roberto Clemente School on Columbus Avenue.
Another juvenile is also charged.
The children were subsequently let out of the vehicle unharmed.
They were later located by a Good Samaritan near Rice Field.
