NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - A 19-year-old New Haven man arrived at Yale New Haven Hospital St. Raphael's Campus with gunshot injuries Monday night, according to police.
Officials say police responded to the report at 10:17 p.m. and later found a crime scene around Chapel Street and Kensington Street.
Police say they are actively investigating the incident. No word yet on a potential suspect.
The victims injuries are non life-threatening, according to physicians.
