STRATFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - State officials have identified the man pronounced dead following a boating accident Sunday in Long Island Sound off Stratford.Eul Lee, 64, of Fort Lee, NJ was pronounced dead at Bridgeport Hospital, said Environmental Conservation Police.The U.S. Coast Guard rescued three other men after their boat capsized in the area of the Stratford Shoals Light Station around 9:45 a.m.
