GROTON, CT (WTIC Radio)_ Police in Groton are standing-off with a barricaded individual on Orion Avenue.
Police received word of a disturbance shortly after 7 p.m. on Tuesday.
As of 3 a.m. on Wednesday, the scene is still active.
