STRATFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - A Stratford teen is under arrest, after a high-speed chase in a stolen dump truck Wednesday night.Police say the 15-year-old boy stole the truck from the Stratford Public Works property.Officers spotted the truck in the parking lot of the local Home Depot. The truck smashed into another vehicle and sped off into Milford, they said. It later returned to Stratford and crashed again at Main Street and Cutspring Road.Police arrested the teen on a slew of charges including larceny, reckless driving and engaging police in pursuit.
