Hartford Police Department

HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio)_ Hartford Police on Friday arrested the sixth and final suspect wanted in connection with a fatal Super 8 motel shooting on West Service Road.

It is believed the January 11 shooting death of Kashnielle Haye, 23, stems from a New Years Eve incident in which the victim's Cartier glasses were stolen in Manchester.

Police allege Andrea Silvers and Tiasjah Acosta, both 21, went into Haye's Super 8 motel room promising him alcohol and sexual favors. Police further allege a struggle broke out when Kareem Andrew, 23; Jehroam Ormsby, 24; Denzel Bell, 25; and Quinton Price, 25, entered the room. The incident ended with a bullet fired into Haye's head. All six suspects fled.

Authorities have charged all six suspects with felony murder, conspiracy to commit robbery in the first degree, and criminal attempt to commit robbery in the first degree.

Hartford Mayor Luke Bronin issued a statement thanking Police for their work and professionalism in what he calls "a particulary complicated and difficult case."
