(WTIC-AM) -- A teenager was killed in a crash in Waterbury last night.
Police say an SUV rolled over more than once, after hitting a parked car on Berkeley Avenue.
The driver was an 18-year-old woman.
She was thrown out of the vehicle and killed.
Two other young people were in the SUV, a 17-year-old and an 18-year-old.
They were reported trapped in the vehicle.
They were taken to the hospital with serious injuries, but they are expected to survive.
After the accident, the badly damaged SUV was resting on its side in the roadway.
The crash took place about 8:10, while it was still light out, shortly after sunset.
Berkeley Avenue is a straight, partly wooded road that runs between a housing complex, and Woodrow Wilson Elementary School.
