Two Arrested in Connection with Running PCP Factory

HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio)_ Hartford Police have arrested two people in connection with allegedly running a PCP factory.

Authorities served a search warrant on 163/165 Wilson Street around 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, where they found a large amount of PCP and money.

Police arrested residents 34-year-old Jorge Oquendo and 39-year-old Yolanda Cordova.

They face charges of possession of hallucinogenics, intent to sell hallucinogenics, operating a drug factory, and two counts of risk of injury to a minor.
