WEST HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio)_ A water main break floods South Main Street in West Hartford with a foot of water.
The M.D.C. confirms approximately 13 homes are affected between Hall Street and Elmfield Street.
The main was instaled in 1941 and was shut down around 1 a.m. Tuesday.
Repairs are expected to take at least 5 - 7 hours.
