WATERTOWN, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Watertown education officials say appropriate disciplinary action will be taken against the Watertown High School students involved in a video containing "racially insensitive language."
Administrators learned of the "viral" social-media video Monday afternoon, said Principal Daniel Carroll in a letter sent to parents and guardians Tuesday. He did not reveal details about the content of the video.
Carroll says administrators will reach out to the Anti-Defamation League for help in implementation of educational programs regarding respect, appreciation, and acceptance of differences.
