WOODBRIDGE, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Woodbridge police have identified the man who was killed in a one-vehicle crash on Northrop Road Wednesday morning.Police say Howard Brown, 24, of Seymour was the only occupant of the vehicle that slammed into a tree near the intersection with Pine Hill Road shortly after 6 a.m.Ansonia and Derby police are assisting Woodbridge officers with the accident reconstruction investigation.
