PLYMOUTH, Conn. (WTIC) – The body of a missing Waterbury man has been located in Hancock Brook Lake in Plymouth.
Police have not released the man's identity, although they note he is white and 29-years old.
Dive teams began searching the water after Waterbury Police called Plymouth Police about a missing man.
Police say the search took about two hours and that it’s likely the man was kayak fishing late Sunday night.
Officials have not said how the man died, as the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner was called to the scene.
