Sales Down, Prices Up For Homes In Connecticut In November

BOSTON, Mass. (WTIC) - Single family home sales in Connecticut were down, while prices were up in November

The Warren Group reports sales declined by 8.7% compared to the same month last year. This marked the fourth consecutive decline. 

Meanwhile, median home sale prices hit a four-year high of to $250,000, a 3.1% increase year over year. 

Condo prices and condo sales both declined in November.
