(New London, Conn./WTIC) - Police in New London have made a second arrest in a sexual assault case involving school employees.
Officers say they've picked up 25-year-old Jevon Elmore of New London.
He's facing second degree sexual assault charges.
Elmore's is the second arrest in connection with an invesigation within the New London school system.
Corriche Gaskin, who worked at Bennie Dover Jackson Middle School, was arrested earlier this month on sexual assault, child pornography, voyeurism and other charges.
Police say Elmore worked as a paraprofessional for the district in the summer of 2018.
His bond was set at $150,000 and he's due in New London Superior Court on Friday.
Police say the investigation remains active and ongoing.
