PLAINVILLE, Conn. (WTIC) - State police have arrested a wrong way driver I-84 early this morning in Plainville.
32-year-old Daniel Vyse of Plainville has been charged with several offenses, including driving under the influence.
Police say that thanks to numerous calls for motorists, a tragedy was averted and they were able to make an arrest.
