(Hartford, Conn./WTIC) - Police say an underground explosion caused a number of streets to be closed in downtown Hartford this morning.
Officers say Market Street was closed between Temple and State Streets.
In addition, American Row coming off the Founders Bridge was shut down, as was Prospect Street north from Antheneum Square.
Minor injuries were reported.
