(Hamden, Conn./WTIC) - Hamden police are looking for suspects in an early morning shooting in town.
Officers say around 2:00 this morning, they responded to a report of shots fired at a Dix Street residence.
A 21-year-old female victim was found in basement apartment, in bed, suffering from gunshot wounds to both feet, said police.
She was transported to Yale New Haven Hospital for treatment.
Authorities say it appears the shots came from outside the home.
