Todd Feinburg: Electric Bills with Len Suzio

It turns out that a big part of those shocking electric bills was $124 million in OVERCHARGES! We talk to Len Suzio, who recalls that in his last term in the state senate he discovered a similar overcharge. He says it wasn't easy to get that one fixed, but this one will be easier because of the huge focus on the company after so much controversy.
