Once again, WTIC News Talk 1080 is teaming up with Forever In My Heart Foundation to raise enough money to provide a service dog to one Connecticut Veteran. We have a new name - Canines 4 CT Vets - but the mission is the same! Service dogs have proven to be beneficial to Veteran with a variety of needs.
