
A Delta flight, bound out of Los Angeles and headed to Nashville, was diverted to New Mexico after a man allegedly tried to rush and break into the cockpit.
A passenger on the Delta flight allegedly tried to break into the cockpit and crew members wrestled him to the ground and zip-tied his hands behind him.
Flight 386 was diverted to Albuquerque where the FBI took the man into custody.
"In audio from the pilot's emergency call to air traffic control, the pilot can be heard saying the passenger had been restrained," an ABC story reported.
Delta Airlines issued a statement thanking the passengers and crew - and apologizing for the delay.
