HARTFORD, Connecticut (WTIC radio)
Numerous cars were towed and ticketed in Connecticut after being buried under the biggest snowstorm in ten years, while road crews continue to remove blocks of piled up snow going nowhere in this subzero weather.
A little over 400 hundred vehicles were towed in Hartford and more than 12 hundred tickets issued.
City officials say tickets during a snow emergency will cost drivers $100 dollars.
In New Haven, officials say 432 cars were towed during the emergency with nearly 600 tickets issued to drivers.
