Winsted, Conn./WTIC Radio - Police say a Winsted woman already facing animal cruelty charges has been hit with additional charges.
Sarah Smolak, 28, turned herself in on Thursday on two additional warrants stemming from an ongoing investigation.
She faces 36 additional counts on the two warrants.
Smolak was arrested last month on animal cruelty charges after a raid on her home.
She and David Reid were charged in the March case.
Smolak is free on bond and due in court later this month.
