At a hearing in Houston, the parent company of Infowars said it will agree to face a
second defamation trial over the claims by Alex Jones that the Sandy Hook massacre was a hoax. That is despite
the fact that the company, Free Speech Systems, has filed for bankruptcy, a move that usually would
shield them from lawsuits. This latest Connecticut trial does not involve guilt or innocence, since
Jones has already been found guilty. Rather it will determine damages. For their part, Sandy Hook families
suing Jones agreed not to oppose the company's choice of lawyers. Jones once called Sandy Hook the
fakest thing since the three dollar bill.
