WTIC)The Milford State's Attorney's office is investigating a fatal Hartford-Police involved shooting before nine Saturday night on Gilman Street.<br />The suspect has not been identified. The officer who fired the one shot has been identified as officer Ashley Martinez.<br />Hartford police Chief Jason Thody say they received a report of a man armed with a rifle and handgun. Thody said the rifle had a scope. They located the suspect. He refused to comply with orders to drop his weapon, after pointing it, he was shot once.
