The utility has been ordered by Connecticut regulators to reduce residential bills to the tune of an average of $67 a year.
Attorney General William Tong applauds the move -- saying it provides sorely needed relief.
Aquarion had sought to increase rates. Now, with the decrease, Aquarion is asking where will the money come from to deal with infrastructure problems, like lead service lines.
